I can often feel that I am floating, there is too much going on in my mind that I can’t focus on the here and now. I feel panic and fear over the smallest things. But I recently started taking these steps and my anxiety starts to disappear and everything feels much clearer and calmer.

When my mind is overcrowded I have to leave the house. Getting out into nature, taking in fresh air, removes the pointless thoughts and replaces it with calm. The calm allows me to think about the things that matter.
